Let's Get Started
Here is a quick guide on how to set-up email on your iPhone.Before you begin, please ensure that our support team have supplied you with your username, password, outgoing mail server and incoming mail server details. Also, please note that your username is your email address.
Step 1 On your iPhone click on the "Settings" icon.
Step 2 Select the "Mail" option.
Step 3 Click "Accounts".
Step 4 Click "Add Account".
You will be presented with several mail providers, choose "Other", it's the last option just below Outlook.com.
Step 5 Click "Add Mail Account".
Step 6 Enter your name, email address, password and description then click "Next".
Wait for the system to look up your account.
Step 7 Select iMap.
Incoming Mail Server enter the host name (server1.byqbit.com), username and password.
Outgoing Mail Server enter the host name (server1.byqbit.com), username and password.
Step 8 Once complete, please click "Next" and wait a few seconds for the mail server to verify your details.
If successful, click "Save" to complete the process. If unsuccessful, please check your details and try again.
